I OBSERVED ALL STAFF WEARING MASKS AND GLOVES.

EMERGENCY RULES TO SUPPRESS THE SPREAD OF COVID-19:
-INDIVIDUALS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR FACE COVERING WHEN IN PUBLIC AND UNABLE TO MAINTAIN AT LEAST A 6 FOOT DISTANCE.
-THIS FACILITY SHALL TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO REQUIRE EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMERS, AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS ON THE PREMISES TO WEAR A FACE COVERING.
